From long time customers of the shop comes a new venture…Deeply Rooted Brewing and Farms! They’re a young family who have been brewing kombucha for themselves, and an increasing number of family and friends, for over 4 years now and have been inspired to share it with the local community.

Over the recent years we’ve seen an incredible rise in people buying our tea for use in the production of kombucha – a fermented tea beverage using a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). Generally this was for personal use but lately we’ve had a growing number of small businesses approaching us.
