Over the recent years we’ve seen an incredible rise in people buying our tea for use in the production of kombucha – a fermented tea beverage using a SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). Generally this was for personal use but lately we’ve had a growing number of small businesses approaching us.

One of these was Marigold Manufacturing, based here in Calgary and Okotoks.

They’ve had great success using our Organic GABA Oolong and you can find their bottled kombucha throughout the city at local cafes and restaurants.
