Road and utility work continues on 11th Street as part of the Ramsay Inglewood Public Realm Improvements Project.
Rain has caused significant delays but work has been moving at a good pace since July. It now shifts to our side of the road which means starting Tuesday, September 23, 11 Street S.E. will become a One Way northbound between 21 Avenue and 20 Avenue S.E. Southbound vehicle traffic will be diverted to use 9 Street S.E. before returning to 11 Street S.E.
This closure will remain in place for approximately three weeks (weather dependent). The work will then continue north, across 20 Avenue and 19 Avenue S.E.

- When coming to the shop you may park anywhere in the north or south parking lot.
- Some street parking available on 20th Avenue.
We will provide updates regarding any major disruptions throughout the project but detours or lane changes will continue. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
