It has been quite a week for all of us! We have had high traffic on the website as locals browse the pages before placing an order for pick-up on-line or by telephone. Existing mail order customers are placing orders at a high level too, ensuring that we can continue to supply all with tea. Thank you to everyone who has reached out with their support and love…we appreciate you all!

To explain a bit further about pick-ups, once we have received the order, we try to have it packed as quickly as possible and placed behind the front door ready for collection. On your arrival, please telephone or press the buzzer at the door and we will come down as soon as we can. We then pass the order to you while observing appropriate social distancing…we can also place the bag on the ground outside the door if you wish to keep as much distance as possible.

And just to remind you, there is parking behind our building…but also ample parking in the street outside the shop!
